Event information: 15th International Circular Economy Week & Conference

The International Circular Economy Week (ICEW – https://icew.de/), a globally unique series of workshops and events organised by the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) on the grounds of Germany’s most sustainable university, the Environmental Campus Birkenfeld, is celebrating its 15th anniversary.

With its highlight, the International Circular Economy Conference on 6 November 2024, the event offers a unique platform to bring together experts and decision-makers from the public sector, academics and entrepreneurs from all over the world.

New technologies and innovative management approaches from the environmental and sustainability sector will be presented and discussed at the ICEW. The event concept also provides for personal exchange in order to activate new co-operations for concrete project implementation.

A series of lectures on best practice examples, financing programmes, international initiatives and new technologies as well as excursions with the participants to exciting projects from the practice of companies and organisations are part of this extraordinary series of events.

The International Circular Economy Week is a co-operation between the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management and the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy and Mobility with the support of the Rhineland-Palatinate environmental technology network Ecoliance e.V.
